Bottom Bracket Wheels Manufacturing

The classic BSA bottom brackets from Wheels Manufacturing allow Sram DUB cranksets with a 29 mm axle to be fitted into frames with BSA bottom bracket shells measuring 68–100 mm in width. Compatible with Sram Road and Gravel, MTB and DH cranksets.

Wheels Enduro ABEC3 ball bearings:

The Wheels Enduro ABEC3 ball bearings offer very high precision. The balls are twice as round as standard industrial bearings, with a roundness tolerance of 10 / 1,000,000. The ball material, 52100 high-carbon chromium alloy, is extremely robust and specially hardened. It is also polished to a high gloss.

BSA threaded bottom bracket shells

The BSA bottom bracket shells have a width of 68–100 mm and a 1.370 × 24 TPI thread, with an outer diameter of 34.9 mm, into which the bearing cups are screwed. Both bearing cups are screwed in the direction of travel. Adjustment to the different shell widths is achieved using the shims included in the scope of delivery. For a shell width of 100 mm, the dust seals are not fitted.

SRAM DUB crank axles 29 mm:

SRAM has developed its own axle standard for DUB cranks. SRAM DUB cranks have an axle diameter of 29 mm and are only compatible with bottom brackets designed for DUB cranks.

Compatible with SRAM DUB MTB and road bike cranksets with a 29 mm axle. The Wheels WRENCH-BB48-44 tool is required for installation. The standard Hollowtech tool does not fit
