Sram Force 22:

no compromises on quality, functionality and design. Equipped with all the key innovations from the Sram Red 22: ergonomics, efficiency and low weight. In addition to this overhaul, the SRAM Force 22 also offers twenty-two usable gears, high shifting speed and precision thanks to Yaw derailleur technology, as well as a new, elegant finish. The understated SRAM Force 22 groupset is ideal for rational people with an irrational passion for performance.

SRAM Force 22 Aero Glide rear derailleur:

The SRAM Force 22 Aero Glide rear derailleur is perfectly matched to the Force 22 11-speed components: aerodynamically shaped, even lighter, exceptionally quiet shifting, outstanding precision and smooth shifting characterise the new SRAM Force 22 rear derailleur. The parallelogram optimisations further increase the shifting speed and precision, as well as the robustness of the groupset.

The Force 22 Wifli rear derailleur with the medium-length cage is always required for the 11-32 cassette.

SRAM Force 22 Yaw front derailleur

Instead of simply moving back and forth, the derailleur cage now traces a small arc, maintaining a constant angle to the chain. This is the new Yaw technology. It enables trim-free shifting. Compatible with almost every conceivable 2x drivetrain, the SRAM Force 22 front derailleur. Possible chainring combinations: 39/53, 36/50, 34/50, 36/52, 38/52, 42/55 teeth, maximum 16-tooth difference between the two chainrings

SRAM Force 22 Hydraulic Ergodynamic shift lever

The Sram Force 22 ErgoDynamic HRD shift-brake levers feature a redesigned hydraulic master cylinder with a smaller, more ergonomic housing. The ErgoDynamic design: first-class control and comfort, new reach adjustment adaptable to all hand sizes, DoubleTap and ZeroLos for smooth and precise shifting. The individual Reach Adjus grip width adjustment for brake and shift levers is now even easier to access using a standard Allen key. The new clamp allows for a better fit and adjustment for modern carbon and ergonomic handlebars.

SRAM Zero Loss:

The shift travel makes all the difference: conventional shifters require a specific shift travel angle to trigger the shift pawl – a crucial loss of time in a race, even before the actual shifting process begins. The Sram Force road bike lever with zero degrees of lost shift travel means the shift cables move without the slightest delay as soon as the lever is pressed!

Sram Force 22 Hydraulic disc brake

The disc brakes from the Force 22 series are designed for brake discs up to 160 mm in size. The hydraulic SRAM Force 22 disc brake offers superior braking performance with minimal operating forces and precise modulation. The loss of power and friction caused by cable transmission in classic cable-operated brakes is eliminated with this system. Braking performance remains consistent in all weather conditions. Thanks to the separation of the rim/tyre and the braking surface, issues with heat build-up are elegantly resolved.

Flat Mount Standard:

The new Flat Mount caliper standard for road bike brakes reduces weight and offers a significantly sleeker look. With the Flat Mount standard, the rear caliper sits directly on the chainstay; no adapter is required for caliper mounting. The bolts pass through the chainstay from below directly into the brake caliper. A flat adapter is still required on the fork. The adapter is screwed onto the rear of the fork leg, with the brake sitting directly on the adapter. By flipping the adapter, the available brake disc sizes of 140 and 160 mm can be changed.

Sram Connectamajig

The Connectamajig is a hose connector that ensures simple, quick and convenient installation of the Sram Force 22 hydraulic braking system. The brake lines can be routed both externally and internally and are compatible with Sram 22 and Sram S-700 hydraulic braking systems.

SRAM Force 22 Crankset:

The new Force 22 11-speed crankset, weighing just 714 grams and featuring a swapable crankset, allows you to quickly and easily switch the gear ratio from the 110mm compact 50-34 setup to the 130mm race setup with a 53-39 gear ratio. The new X Glide 11-speed chainrings work perfectly with the Yaw technology of the front derailleur, delivering outstanding, low-friction shifting.

The Sram Force 22 GXP cranksets are compatible with BSA and Italian thread, Pressfit 86 and OS 84.5 bottom bracket shells.

  • BSA thread, shell width 68 mm
  • Italian thread, shell width 70 mm
  • Pressfit BB86 shell width 86.5 mm, press-fit depth 41 mm
  • Specialized OS 84.5 shell width 84.5 mm, press-fit depth 41 mm

SRAM Force 22 cassette:

In the optimised design of the Power Glide 1170 cassette, the three large sprockets are mounted on a weight-reducing spider, and the smaller sprockets are refined with shifting channels. This results in a cassette that is efficient and reliable in all situations. Perfectly matched to Force 22 derailleurs and chains, Force 22 cassettes also deliver top performance with other 11-speed drivetrains.

SRAM Force 22 Chain:

The SRAM Power Chain technology of the PC 1170 chain: Chain assembly with SRAM is safe, simple and reliable thanks to the new Power Lock. The Power Lock can be locked without tools. This special chain link guarantees reliable chain assembly. Due to its very narrow profile, the Power Lock can no longer be opened by hand alone.

No further discounts are available on this groupset.
