Sram GX Eagle DUB Boost Crankset

Sram’s new crankset technology, known as DUB, offers reduced weight thanks to a lightweight aluminium crankset axle and full compatibility with all standard bottom bracket standards.

The Sram GX Eagle components are the affordable and robust version of Sram’s 12-speed Eagle components, featuring a single chainring and a 12-speed cassette with 10–50 teeth. Sram’s new GX Eagle groupset operates quietly, intuitively, precisely and flawlessly. Uncompromising performance for enduro and trail riders; world-class riders use Eagle components in their battle against the vagaries of nature, the laws of physics and the clock. The Eagle cassette features 12 sprockets ranging from 10 to 50 teeth. With this gear range, you can harness the benefits of the 1x12 drivetrain on any terrain, on any surface and at any speed.

SRAM GX Eagle DUB Crankset

The new GX Eagle crankset with a 48-tooth chainline for mountain bikes with standard rear triangle – mounting width from 135 to 142 mm. The reliability of aluminium cranks is undisputed, and the GX Eagle crankset meets all the requirements placed upon it. To ensure you are truly prepared for every situation and every ride, the Direct Mount chainring mount for simplified chainring changes allows for the quick installation of SRAM Direct Mount chainrings

SRAM Direct Mount X Sync 2 chainring:

SRAM Direct Mount chainrings are available with 0 and 3-degree offset. This allows the crankset to be quickly and easily converted to different chainlines: 48 mm Standard and 51 mm Boost.

The Direct Mount X-Sync chainrings on the SRAM GX Eagle crankset are bolted directly onto the crankset. This saves weight without compromising on stiffness or durability. Perfectly tuned for maximum chain control and guidance. The completely new chainring technology, specially developed for the Eagle chain and drivetrain, offers significantly quieter performance and exceptional durability. Dirt is easier to remove. The chainring teeth are longer and shaped like a saw blade to grip the Eagle chain perfectly. The new chainring profile thus increases chain tension and pedalling efficiency. At the same time, friction, chain noise and wear are reduced.

SRAM Direct Mount chainring mount:

This mount allows Sram Direct Mount chainrings, or those from Race Face for example, to be fitted without an additional spider.

SRAM DUB Axle Bottom Bracket System:

The DUB version of the SRAM cranks is suitable for BSA threaded, PressFit BB92, PressFit 30 and BB30 bottom bracket shells. You will find the matching bottom brackets further down in the text. The axles have a diameter of 29 mm and a length of 113 mm. Axle play is adjustable via a preloader. The Sram DUB cranksets have a completely proprietary standard and are only compatible with DUB bottom brackets, not with other standards or bottom brackets.
