SRAM’s new XX1 Eagle AXS groupset operates quietly, intuitively, precisely and flawlessly. The new shifters and rear derailleur deliver the fastest shifting, precise and completely weather-independent.

Sram XX1 Eagle AXS eTap rear derailleur

The rear derailleur for the SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS 12-speed groupset. The Eagle AXS rear derailleur is the heart of the entire AXS system and far more than just a mechanical rear derailleur fitted with a battery and motor. It has a 10 mm shorter cage, sits further forward and further inwards than on mechanical Eagle rear derailleurs, and thus offers greater ground clearance and a wider cassette coverage. Water- and dust-resistant to the IP69K standard. The Eagle AXS rear derailleur was developed specifically for 1x drivetrains with a 10-50 tooth range. The AXS platform allows for customisation of shifting. The lower, larger X-SYNC pulley with 14 teeth ensures sufficient capacity to handle cassettes with sprockets ranging from 10 to 50 teeth. To enable quick and easy removal of the rear wheel, SRAM employs Cage Lock Technology on the XX1 Eagle rear derailleurs. At the touch of a button, the derailleur cage locks into place and can be swung out without tension, making wheel removal significantly easier. Once the rear wheel has been refitted, the cage is swung far forward, the spring tension is re-engaged, and the derailleur is ready for the trail.

Sram XX1 Eagle AXS eTap Controller 12-speed shift lever:

Extremely light and fast, the SRAM XX1 AXS eTap Eagle Controller shifts without a cable or cable pull using shift levers. The sheer shifting performance of the Eagle AXS alone makes a significant difference. Change gears under full load, on the roughest terrain, uphill, or without having to loosen your grip on the handlebars. With the ergonomic shift levers and very low operating forces, the controller offers a completely new shifting experience. Using the AX app, the controller can be freely configured to suit personal preferences. Additionally, it features a Sprint shifter paddle at the front and the option to operate the new electronically controlled Reverb AXS seatpost with it. It couldn’t be simpler or faster. Compatible only with Sram XX1 AXS rear derailleurs. The removable handlebar clamp can be replaced with the Sram Matchmaker X for direct mounting of Avid disc brakes.

Sram XX1 Eagle DUB SL crankset:

The new XX1 Eagle DUB SL crankset with 98 or 51 mm chainline for mountain bikes with standard rear triangle mounting widths of 135 to 142 mm or the new Boost rear triangles with a 148 mm mounting width. These lightweight cross-country cranksets with carbon-tuned coating are exceptionally strong and light. The Direct Mount chainring mount simplifies chainring changes and allows for quick installation of Sram Direct Mount chainrings.

SRAM DUB axle-bottom bracket system:

The DUB version of the SRAM cranks is suitable for BSA threaded, PressFit BB92, PressFit 30 and BB30 bottom bracket shells. You can find the compatible bottom brackets further down in the text. The axles have a diameter of 29 mm and a length of 113 mm. Axle play is adjustable via a preloader. The SRAM DUB cranksets have a completely proprietary standard and are only compatible with DUB bottom brackets, not with other standards or bottom brackets.

Sram Direct Mount X Sync 2 SL chainring:

The Direct Mount X-Sync chainrings for the Sram XX1 Eagle crankset are bolted directly onto the crank. This saves weight without compromising on stiffness or durability. Perfectly tuned for maximum chain control and guidance. The completely new chainring technology, specially developed for the Eagle chain and drivetrain, offers significantly quieter performance and exceptional durability. Dirt is easier to remove. The chainring teeth are longer and shaped like a saw blade to grip the Eagle chain perfectly. The new chainring profile thus increases chain tension and pedalling efficiency. At the same time, friction, chain noise and wear are reduced.

SRAM XX1 Eagle X-Dome Cassette

With a 10-50 tooth range, the 12-speed X-Dome cassette offers an incredible gear ratio range of 500 per cent whilst maintaining optimal spacing. Combined with the XD freehub, it connects perfectly to the wheel. SRAM X-Dome technology creates an incredibly lightweight, precise and strong cassette. The open design is less prone to dirt, ensuring smoother shifting and longer durability. We offer either the XG 1295 cassette in black or the SRAM XG 1299 cassette in gold for the XX1 Eagle groupset.

SRAM XD Driver Body XD

is a new freehub design that allows the use of a 10-tooth sprocket and offers an improved engagement surface with the cassette. Only compatible with rear wheels featuring the special XD freehub body

SRAM PC XX1 Eagle Chain:

This chain is a key factor in ensuring that the SRAM Eagle is so smooth, precise, durable and quiet. Its links are smoothed, with no sharp corners or edges. The advantage of this is a velvety-smooth, almost silent ride and a longer service life for the chainring and cassette. Thanks to the smoother chain plates, the riveting is more uniform and the tensile strength is higher. HARD CHROM technology increases the chain’s mileage.
