Efficiency on XC rides and confidence on the trail. Exceptional versatility. The Turbine SL stem is the perfect match for the high versatility of modern short-travel mountain bikes. It offers riders optimal adjustability, ergonomics, fine-tuning and aesthetics. It also looks great and is extremely lightweight, making it ideal for demanding tasks on short-travel bikes.
One stem. Two solutions. Designed for bikes with up to 140 mm of suspension travel, riders can choose between a negative (-6 mm) or positive (+6 mm) alignment for the Turbine SL stem. Whether you prioritise XC efficiency or comfort and maximum confidence on downhill trails, this stem perfectly supports your bike’s versatility.
Short travel is cool again. The Turbine SL stem comes with a negative offset as standard for better control on the climbs and more efficient forward momentum. In this orientation, the top of the stem is completely flat, which is aesthetically pleasing and allows for the use of headset spacers or the mounting of bike computers via a stem mount. Available in lengths up to 60 mm.
More control and comfort. Rotating the Turbine SL results in a stem with a +6 mm offset and a cockpit that is 12 mm higher overall (compared to the negative orientation), without the need to adjust the position of the headset spacers. A higher cockpit puts the rider in a more performance-oriented and confident riding position for downhills. Furthermore, riders sit in a more upright and comfortable position whilst pedalling.
