Wolf Tooth Premium Integrated Standard / IS42 headset top tube for frames with fully integrated bearing cups, 42 mm installation dimension at the top of the head tube and forks with a 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm steerer tube diameter at the top.

Wolf Tooth quality

Wolf Tooth headsets are manufactured in the USA from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium and are available in two series, Premium and Performance, which differ in the bearing materials used. The headsets are available in various stack heights and with interchangeable cap nuts featuring integrated spacers.

The Premium series, featuring stainless steel bearings, is designed for maximum durability and smooth operation. Multiple layers of specially shaped double-lip seals protect the bearings even under the harshest conditions. This makes them lightweight, strong and extremely durable.

IS42 / 28.6 Integrated Standard Installation Dimensions:

The IS42 headset is inserted into the head tube. The frame clearance is 42 mm at the top and the fork steerer tube diameter is 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm.
