Pirelli Scorpion Race Enduro T folding tyre

The Scorpion Race Enduro T stands for traction and offers the best grip in the Race Enduro range. It has been specially developed for uncompromising racing on medium-difficulty terrain, where superior control and braking performance are the keys to success.

The tyre tread, combined with the SmartEVO DH rubber compound, offers superior traction during acceleration, braking or cornering thanks to its massive knobs. The knobs can be trimmed along the grooves when terrain conditions vary between mixed and soft. The renowned dual-layer DualWALL carcass consists of specific fabric reinforcements that significantly prevent pinch flats, increase puncture resistance and improve handling during aggressive riding on wide rims and with low tyre pressure.

Pirelli SmartEVO DH technology:

The SmartEVO DH rubber compound was developed from Pirelli’s many years of experience and victories in Motocross and Rally World Championships and is a specific compound for enduro and downhill racing. The compound is extremely temperature-stable and achieves a super-soft “A 42” on the Shore scale. This makes the SmartEVO DH rubber compound Pirelli’s most advanced enduro compound ever, ridden by the best downhill and enduro pro athletes.

Pirelli DualWALL technology:

The DualWALL carcass was developed by Pirelli in collaboration with the Enduro factory teams for racing. The double-layer 120 TPI nylon fabric construction is fitted across the entire circumference of the tyre. This prevents sharp objects from penetrating and increases puncture resistance in every situation. The fabric construction is further combined with a specific rubber insert that prevents pinch flats and withstands the most aggressive riding styles. The tyre bead, reinforced with aramid fabric, provides additional stability on wide rims and when riding with low air pressure. The result is the first choice for uncompromising reliability and maximum feel for the terrain.
