Pirelli Scorpion Trail H folding tyre

The Scorpion Trail H was developed for trails with hard surfaces and offers the perfect balance between speed and grip.

The low and compact tread pattern, made from the SmartGRIP rubber compound, is ideal for fast and safe riding on hard trail surfaces and is the preferred choice when speed is the key factor. The ProWALL carcass with extra fabric reinforcements increases puncture resistance and handling on wide rims and when riding with low tyre pressure.

Pirelli SmartGRIP technology:

The SmartGRIP rubber compound, developed from Pirelli’s experience and victories in motocross and rally championships. It combines opposing characteristics: “Tear resistance for maximum mechanical grip and puncture resistance” and “Chemical grip on wet and dry terrain for uncompromising performance in all weather conditions”. The result is consistent performance throughout the tyre’s entire lifespan, even as the tread wears down.

Pirelli ProWALL technology:

The ProWALL carcass features extra fabric reinforcements around the entire circumference of the tyre, which improve puncture resistance and handling. The sidewalls, reinforced with nylon fabric, are cut-resistant, preventing sharp objects from penetrating and increasing puncture resistance. The tyre bead, reinforced with aramid fabric, stabilises the tyre on wide rims and when riding with low air pressure, ensuring safe off-road riding. The result is excellent puncture resistance and a reliable choice in any situation.
