Pirelli P Zero Race road bike tyre

The P Zero Race combines the advantages of tubular technology in an all-round road tyre for training sessions and races.

The TechBELT carcass improves puncture resistance without compromising the tyre’s weight, whilst the SmartEVO compound, combined with the tyre tread and the shallow grooves on the sides, enhances grip on wet and dry asphalt. Together with the fabric reinforcements on the tyre bead, handling on wide rims and riding with low air pressure is improved.

Pirelli TechBELT casing:

The TechBELT Road carcass consists of 120 TPI nylon fabric reinforcements beneath the tyre’s tread, which reduce weight, prevent penetration by sharp objects and increase puncture resistance. The tyre bead, reinforced with aramid fabric, improves handling and stabilises the tyre on wide rims and when riding with low air pressure. The result is a solid choice for road use, including racing and intensive training, offering a balanced ratio between handling and puncture resistance.
