DT Swiss G 1800 Spline 25 DB wheel

The affordable gravel wheels, DT Swiss G 1800 Spline DB, now available in the new version featuring the Ratchet LN freehub body system.

With a 24 mm rim width, they are ideal for wide gravel tyres up to 53 mm wide, and at just 1820 grams, the DT Swiss G 1800 Spline 25 Disc wheels are also lightweight. The gravel wheelset for your first adventures off-road. Equipped with DT Swiss Spline 370 straight-pull hubs, lightweight and sturdy 25 mm high rims with a 24 mm rim width, and the Ratchet LN freehub body. The wide and lightweight aluminium rim provides the basis for excellent gravel wheels

DT Swiss 1800 Spline Disc Hubs:

Equipped with a Centerlock mount, the DT Swiss 1800 Spline Straightpull Disc hubs from the DT 370 series are compatible with all types of brake discs; adapters for 6-bolt brake discs are available as an option. The DT Swiss Spline Disc hubs, featuring an optimised hub shell for straight-pull spokes and the proven Ratchet LN 18 freehub system based on the classic DT Swiss 370 hubs, are exceptionally durable; the rear hubs can be serviced without tools.

DT Swiss Straight Pull Spokes

To achieve an ideal balance of weight and stability, only the highest-quality Aero Comp Wide straight-pull spokes are used in the Spline wheelsets. They are more stable than conventional spokes yet can still be trued and replaced using standard tools.

DT Swiss G1800 Spline 25 Disc rims

Classic hooked/crochet rims with a 25 mm rim depth, 28 mm outer width and 25 mm profile height for folding and clincher tyres from 30–53 mm wide. The new rims can be converted into lightweight tubeless rims using tubeless rim tape. Required tubeless rim tape width: 27 mm

Hooked / Crotchet tubeless TC:

‘Hooked’ or ‘Crotchet’ refers to the shape of the rim flange, which features a so-called hook. This supports the tyre bead and ensures reliable performance, even when using high tyre pressure (> 5 bar). ‘Tubeless’ means that the rim can be ridden without an inner tube, although a setup with an inner tube is also possible.
