DT Swiss H 1900 Spline Hybrid 30 wheel
The robust and heavy-duty e-bike enduro and DH wheels from the DT Swiss H 1900 wheel series, featuring new oversized hub bodies and the Ratchet LN freehub system.
These affordable wheels, specially optimised for e-bikes, are naturally also the best choice for enduro, trail and DH use. Approved for a system weight of up to 150 kg. With reinforced rims, more durable bearings and steel freehub bodies, the DT Swiss H 1900 Spline Hybrid, featuring 30 mm wide rims, oversized ball bearings, a new high-load-capacity axle with 18-tooth spline and a steel freehub body, is designed for significantly higher torque and offers 20 per cent greater load capacity than standard wheelsets. Thanks to the 30 mm wide rims, tyres up to 3.0 width can be fitted. The legendary reliability of DT Swiss hubs and the straight-pull lacing ensure long-lasting riding pleasure.

DT Swiss H 1900 Spline Hybrid:
When motor assistance meets human muscle power, the range of terrain a bike can tackle inevitably expands. The H 1900 SPLINE is designed precisely for this purpose and is now equipped with the proven DT Swiss Ratchet technology. The Ratchet LN system distributes the combined power of rider and motor over a wider range than the previous ratchet freehub system, thereby increasing the system’s robustness through lower peak loads. The 370 hub, combined with reinforced hybrid spokes and a durable aluminium rim in two rim widths, enables full power transfer to the ground.
Technical expertise accumulated over many years has enabled DT Swiss to become a champion of new technologies, designing specific components to meet rapidly evolving requirements. Like a chain, where every link contributes to the strength of the entire system, every single component of a DT Swiss wheel has been designed with expansion in mind to enhance performance and the riding experience. Every hub on a hybrid bike has been redesigned with components which – supported by thicker spokes and reinforced rims – transfer the full power of the rider and motor directly to the ground.
DT Swiss H 1900 Spline Hybrid Hubs:
The DT Swiss straight-pull hub shells of the Hybrid Spline wheelsets feature reinforced hub shells, oversized ball bearings and reinforced spoke heads. With the optimised hub body, specifically designed for extreme braking forces, and the reinforced flange, DT Swiss provides the perfect foundation for extremely stable wheelsets.
Boost Standard:
The thru-axle standard requires new hubs. The wider hub shell with the flanges positioned further out allows for wheelsets with greater lateral stiffness. On Boost hubs, the brake disc mount is also positioned further out. Therefore, these hubs cannot be fitted to frames with the narrower mounting dimension.
DT Swiss Ratchet LN Steel Freehub Body:
The proven DT Swiss Star Ratchet LN system with the toothed freehub body allows for easy conversion to various axle or rotor standards. The DT Swiss Ratchet Star rear hubs can be easily converted to fit standard mounts. Thanks to a larger bearing spacing, the Hybrid hubs are even more stable than their already excellent predecessor models.
DT Swiss H 1900 Spline Hybrid rims:
Built for tough e-bike, freeride and enduro use, the DT Swiss H 1900 rims, with a width of 30 mm, offer maximum stability; the rim bed is further reinforced to easily absorb high drive forces. With an internal rim width of 30 mm, tyres ranging from 2.2 to 3.0 mm in width can be fitted. Thanks to new, extra-sturdy rim spokes, the DT Swiss Spline rims are ideally designed for upgrading with a tubeless kit.
Rim type Hooked / Crotchet tubeless TC:
Manufactured with a hook or crochet design, referring to the shape of the rim flange, which features a so-called hook. This supports the tyre bead and ensures reliable performance, even when using high tyre pressure > 5 bar. Tubeless means that the rim can be ridden without an inner tube, but a setup with an inner tube is also possible.
DT Swiss Hybrid Straight Pull Spokes:
To achieve maximum stability, Spline wheelsets use DT Hybrid 1 straight-pull spokes. They are more stable than conventional spokes yet can still be trued and replaced using standard tools. The straight-pull lacing allows for precise placement and alignment of the spokes. This optimises wheel stiffness and eliminates any unwanted stress peaks.
