Mavic Deemax Enduro SL Super Boost 12x157/150 mm rear wheel:

The Deemax Super Boost rear hub with 12x157 mm thru-axle spacing. These Super Boost rear wheels are only compatible with frames featuring Super Boost 157 mm and DH / Boost 12x150 mm spacing. Not compatible with downhill frames featuring 12x148 mm spacing, as these have narrower hub bodies

Mavic Deemax Enduro SL:

Thanks to ISM4D weight optimisation, the wheelset weighs just 1940 grams and the rim design offers better shock absorption. The robust rear hubs with wide spoke support and Instant Drive sprocket freehub bodies guarantee maximum propulsion. Thanks to the undrilled rim bed, the genuine UST rims are significantly more stable than conventional drilled tubeless-ready rims.

Mavic Deemax UST Disc Force rims:

The wide rims with a 30 mm rim width are made from high-strength Maxtal aluminium, making them lightweight and, thanks to the asymmetrical spoke pattern, very laterally stiff. The new, wider central channel in the rim bed makes tyre fitting easier, even with the toughest and widest enduro and downhill tyres.

The new Black Shield hardened rims are extra robust and scratch-resistant. Even in the event of punctures, the rims remain black at the damaged point. The Force threads for the spoke holes are formed into the rims by material displacement; the rim bed itself is undrilled, airtight and requires no tubeless rim tape. This saves weight, simplifies fitting and ensures rims that are 20 per cent stiffer than conventional drilled rims. The rim joint is additionally welded and planed. Thanks to the asymmetrical rim design, braking and drive forces are absorbed evenly, which increases the service life. The Deemax rims are suitable for UST, tubeless tyres, Tubeless Ready tyres and standard tyres with an additional inner tube.

Mavic Demmax Enduro SL spokes:

High-strength aero stainless steel spokes offer very high strength and durability. The spokes form a single unit with the Force nipples. These are screwed directly into the rim, further increasing stability.

Mavic Instant Drive 360 Freehub Body

The Instant Drive 360 freehub system is super-light and ensures rapid power transfer with a mere 9-degree engagement angle. A large, contact-free rubber seal reduces friction. And a wide selection of axle ends ensures compatibility with many mounting standards. The oversized aluminium axle and the hardened aluminium freehub body save 40 g. Two sprockets with 40-tooth profiles ensure fast and loss-free power transfer. A radial seal guarantees low friction at high speeds and perfect water resistance. This freehub body is easy to convert and is available as an HG10 version for Shimano 8-11-speed / Sram 8-10-speed, Sram XD 11- and 12-speed and Shimano 12-speed Micro Spline
