Fulcrum Racing Zero Carbon DB wheelset

The Fulcrum Racing Zero Carbon wheels feature 26.5 mm wide and 30 mm high semi-aero full-carbon true tubeless rims, USB ceramic ball bearings, high-strength aero aluminium spokes and weigh just 1340 grams for the wheel set. The Racing Zero wheels are assembled entirely by hand at Fulcrum and checked using electronically controlled instruments.

Fulcrum Racing Zero Carbon:

The extra-wide 26.5 mm wide and 30 mm high rims of the Fulcrum Zero Carbon wheels are made from unidirectional carbon and are both very light and highly rigid. The rim bed is unperforated and the reinforced rim profile gives the wheel greater torsional stiffness and greater vertical elasticity. Following Fulcrum’s special 2:1 Two-to-One lacing system, the rear wheel has double the number of spokes on the right-hand side to achieve more effective torque transfer and better distribution of spoke tension. The front wheel is radially laced.

Fulcrum Racing Zero Carbon DB Disc hubs:

The Fulcrum Zero Disc hubs with oversized flanges offer high lateral stiffness and, thanks to the Two-in-One lacing pattern, perfectly absorb drive and braking forces. Weight is saved with the new plasma-hardened aluminium. The adjustable ball bearing system with USB ceramic bearings reduces friction and ensures long-lasting peak performance. Simple and quick adjustment. Aluminium axles reduce the weight of the wheel. The hub’s exclusive 5-axis machining system creates a spoke seat that is perfectly aligned with the tension line. Thanks to this solution, the same tension values are maintained at every point along the spoke, reducing stress on the rim and spokes. Fulcrum hubs can be converted to all standard mounting sizes

Fulcrum Racing Zero Carbon DB spokes:

The number of high-strength aluminium spokes has been adapted for use with disc brakes. 21 spokes on both the rear and front wheels provide sufficient stability.

Fulcrum Racing Zero Carbon DB 2 Way Fit Tubeless Rims

The 26.5 mm wide and lightweight full-carbon clincher rim features a medium-high profile of 30 mm. With a rim width of 17 mm, it is ideal for tyres between 25 and 35 mm wide. The Zero Carbon Disc rims are specially designed for use with disc brakes and manufactured using Fulcrum ARC technology. This involves arranging the carbon fibres to withstand the load, resulting in rims that are very lightweight yet highly stable. The rims are genuine tubeless rims with a sealed rim bed. No additional rim tape is required.
