Tubeless Valve Set e Thirteen

The simple and straightforward solution for tubeless systems: e13’s Quick Fill valves with a removable top cap.

Conventional tubeless Presta valves have various weaknesses, such as low air flow, blockages and the need for special tools to remove the valve core, which means the valve opening is too small to inject sealant. This meant that most of us took the risk of breaking the tyre bead and pouring the sealant directly into the tyre when topping it up or carefully fitting the tyres for the first time. That’s now a thing of the past!

The Generation 2 Quick Fill valves feature a unique 4-part design with a unique valve core holder that can be easily removed by hand without tools and without removing the valve core. This holder is screwed into an oversized valve stem that fits perfectly with the nozzles on our 100 ml sealant bottles, allowing sealant to be injected unhindered. The opening of the valve stem without the valve insert has an exceptionally large internal diameter of 3.5 mm, resulting in a 45 per cent increase in cross-sectional area compared to our Gen 1 valves and around 10 per cent compared to new ‘seal-less’ valves from the competition. This means higher air flow and a lower risk of blockage. The valve stem is secured to the rim using a CNC-machined aluminium and rubber nut, which is compatible with all major rim brands and with difficult tyre inserts such as Cushcore. Two sizes are available to fit most rims on the market.
