Avid Code disc brake pads

Compatible only with Avid Code disc brakes, models 2007–2010. These brake pads do not fit Avid Code 2011 disc brakes; these require the pads.

The Avid Code disc brake pads in the Organic version are softer and provide greater braking power, but wear out faster than the standard metal pads. Compatible only with Avid Code disc brakes.

You can only ensure the Avid Juicy disc brakes function perfectly with the original Avid disc brake pads. New to the range are the Organic brake pads for Juicy disc brakes. These are slightly softer than the standard pads, offer significantly more bite, but wear out slightly faster. Special brake pads are required for the Avid Juicy Code DH Disc. These are larger than the standard Juicy pads and are not compatible with the Avid Juicy Ultimate, Carbon, Seven and Five brakes. The pads for the Juicy Code are also available in the Organic and the harder metal compound.
