Sram PG 1170 cassette, custom-made by TNC for 11-speed freehub bodies

The cassette is a custom-made product by TNC Hamburg. The last sprocket unit has been turned down by 2 mm. This allows it to be fitted onto a 10-speed freehub body. The ultimate solution for bikes where conversion to an 11-speed freehub is not possible.

The 10-speed freehub body must have a minimum insertion depth of 35 mm. 11-speed freehub bodies have an insertion depth of 37 mm.

In the optimised design of the Power Glide 1170 cassette, the three large sprockets are mounted on a weight-reducing spider, and the smaller sprockets are refined with shifting channels. This results in a cassette that is efficient and reliable in all situations. Perfectly matched to 11-speed drivetrains and chains, these cassettes allow you to use your existing 10-speed wheelsets with 11-speed freehub bodies and the latest 11-speed components.
