Aero Chainring Wolf Tooth Drop Stop ST

This single-chainring has been specially developed for converting Shimano cranksets with an asymmetrical 110 mm bolt circle and 4-arm mounting. This allows existing chainring combinations to be converted to a single-chainring drivetrain, saving weight and creating a clean, uncluttered look. The chainring is made from high-strength 7075 T6 aluminium, making it particularly durable and lightweight.

Compatible with all Shimano HG+ 12-speed chains and KMC 12-speed chains

Wolf Tooth Drop-Stop ST chainring technology:

Wolf Tooth’s patented Drop-Stop ST narrow-wide tooth profile offers the ultimate chain guidance and self-cleaning for Shimano HG+ 12-speed and KMC 12-speed chains. The right-hand side of the tooth is as wide as possible to maximise the contact area with the chain. More contact area means that the load is distributed over a larger surface, which in turn reduces wear. The left side of the tooth is narrower than the chain’s roller pin, so Wolf Tooth has removed excess material to create a channel allowing dirt to drain away. More contact area and space, in turn, means a lower likelihood of the chain falling off due to dirt whilst riding.
