Wolf Tooth Drop Stop B chainring

The Wolf Tooth Sram and Quarq Direct Mount chainring with 8-bolt mounting for:

• frames with Boost 148 mm rear ends and a 55 mm chainline, and GXP MTB cranks
• Frames with Boost 148 mm rear ends and 55 mm chainline and DUB MTB cranks

The 1x Direct Mount chainring has been specially developed for Sram, Quarq power meters and Cane Creek GXP, DUB and BB30 cranksets with Direct Mount 8-bolt mounting.

Compatible with all 9-11-speed chains from all manufacturers and 12-speed chains from SRAM Eagle / Flattop / Transmission, KMC, Connex and Wipperman.

Wolf Tooth Drop-Stop B technology:

Wolf Tooth’s patented Drop-Stop B narrow-wide tooth profile offers the ultimate in chain guidance and self-cleaning. The right-hand side of the tooth is as wide as possible to maximise the contact area with the chain. More contact area means that the load is distributed over a larger surface, which in turn reduces wear. The left side of the tooth is narrower than the chain’s roller pin, so Wolf Tooth has removed additional material to create a channel through which dirt can drain away. More contact area and space, in turn, means a lower likelihood of the chain falling off due to dirt whilst riding.
