KMC X FLAT pre-waxed chain

KMC chains feature a very slim design, known as ‘lean construction’. In addition to being lighter in weight, this design offers exceptionally smooth running and fewer chain jams. They are extremely lightweight, highly durable and very easy to fit using the MissingLink 12. The KMC titanium nitride coating is one of the hardest surface treatments available in the industry. The surface is extremely low-friction and very easy to maintain. This makes these chains the recommended choice for an extremely durable, efficient and smooth-running drivetrain. Flat-top chains have been specially developed for modern 12-/13-speed drivetrains from SRAM and are characterised by their distinctive flat top. This design allows for a narrower chain; flat-top chains are exclusively compatible with SRAM’s 12-/13-speed AXS drivetrains or Transmission/T-Type systems. They cannot be used with other 12-/13-speed systems or older SRAM groupsets.
