KMC X12 Ti-N pre-waxed chain

KMC chains feature a very slim, lean construction. In addition to being lighter, this design offers exceptionally smooth running and fewer chain jams. The Double X-Durability treatment is a process in which all parts of the chain are specially hardened. This treatment makes the pins, in particular, highly resistant to dust and sand and significantly extends the chain’s lifespan. They are extremely lightweight, incredibly durable and very easy to fit with the MissingLink 12.

The KMC titanium nitride coating is one of the hardest surface treatments in the industrial sector. The surface is extremely low-friction and very easy to maintain. This makes these chains the recommended choice for an extremely durable, efficient and smooth-running drivetrain.

The chain locks, Missing Links, on the 12-speed chains allow for simple and secure installation. A standard chain tool is required to shorten the KMC chains to the correct length. The new 12-speed Missing Links are not reusable.
