FSA Afterburner Compact Crankset

From the crank arms and spider to the chainring, virtually every component of the 1x11-speed Afterburner crankset has been redesigned for even better performance. The slim crank arms are hollow-forged from high-strength 6066/T6 aluminium and clamped onto a 24 mm Chromo-Moly steel spindle. This ensures maximum strength even in the toughest trail conditions. The chainring bolts are also made of ChroMoly steel; furthermore, thanks to the ingenious design of the non-drive side crank arm, a pinch bolt construction is not required.

FSA CNC 1x11 chainring

The chainring is 100 per cent CNC-machined from durable 7075 aluminium and, like the entire crankset, is specially optimised for 1x11 drivetrains. Thanks to its narrow-wide tooth profile, the Megatooth chainring ensures impressively secure chain guidance.
