Shimano Saint FC M820 Crankset
Visually and technically updated, the new Shimano Saint components for freeride and DH. The Saint crankset offers more ankle clearance thanks to a new crank arm profile. The bottom bracket features new seals and bearings and is even sturdier than the already excellent previous model.
Shimano Saint FC M820
Shimano’s engineers have thoroughly analysed the enormous forces acting on the crankset in gravity disciplines and opted for a high-strength steel axle and steel pedal threaded sleeves to accommodate these forces. Nevertheless, they managed to reduce the weight of the previous Saint crankset even further through the use of HOLLOWTECH II technology and a lighter four-arm spider construction. The Saint FC M820 crankset impresses with its extreme durability and its particularly robust steel axle. Furthermore, the pedal threaded bushings are also made of steel. The redesigned crank spider with screw caps ensures a clean look. A wide selection of chainrings provides a broad gear range, making the crankset ideal for all-mountain, freeride and dirt use.
