Shimano XT FCM 770 crankset
The middle chainring sits on a carbon carrier and has drilled steel teeth. Despite the weight saving, Shimano promises 100 per cent greater durability for the most frequently used chainring. The new crank arms and spider are slimmer and lighter. The bottom bracket included in the package is suitable for 68–73 mm BSA bottom bracket shells, and is also compatible with E-type derailleurs.
