Sram / Truvativ DUB Ceramic bottom bracket, Pressfit 30 Road Wide, bottom bracket shell width 68 mm, 46 mm press-fit dimension
Sram-Truvativ DUB Ceramic Bottom Bracket
The bottom brackets for Sram and Truvativ DUB cranksets, featuring high-end ceramic ball bearings. The DUB ceramic bottom bracket represents a whole new level of friction reduction thanks to highly efficient ceramic bearings. The DUB ceramic bottom bracket helps the rider save precious rotational energy without compromising on the robust seals required for real MTB and road racing scenarios.
DUB bottom brackets are specifically designed for 28.99 mm axle diameters and are not compatible with other cranksets. Equipped with high-end industrial ceramic bearings and excellent seals, DUB bottom brackets offer long-lasting, worry-free pedalling.
Industrial ceramic bearings:
Ceramic bearings offer the same qualities in terms of durability, maintenance and performance as the tried-and-tested steel bearings. The key difference lies in the bearing balls used. One of the most outstanding features of the ceramic balls is their incredible geometric perfection and roundness; furthermore, the extremely smooth surface guarantees optimal rolling behaviour and precision fit. Furthermore, they are even lighter and harder. Embedded in external bearing cups, the multi-sealed ceramic bearings are virtually indestructible.
