Sram GX X-Horizon rear derailleur

The entry-level series of Sram MTB 11x1-speed components, the Sram GX derailleur and drivetrain components. The new drivetrain concept features a single chainring and an 11-speed cassette with 10–42 teeth. The gear range offers almost the same range as 2- or 3-speed MTB drivetrains.

SRAM GX X-Horizon Rear Derailleur

The rear derailleur for the SRAM GX groupset. With its horizontal parallelogram design and offset upper pulley, X-HORIZON technology ensures a constant chainline across all 11 gears, delivering fast, precise shifting. Roller Bearing Clutch technology reduces chain slap. SRAM Cage Lock technology makes wheel changes easier despite the rear derailleur’s high spring tension. Together with the GX Trigger or Grip Shifter, the GX X-Horizon Rear Derailleur Type 2.1 forms the backbone of X-Actuation technology for incredibly smooth shifting performance across the entire 10-42 cassette.
