Sram X01 X-Horizon rear derailleur

The second series of Sram MTB 11-speed components, the Sram X01 derailleur and drivetrain components. The new lightweight drivetrain concept features a single chainring and an 11-speed cassette with 10–42 teeth. The gear range offers almost the same range as 2- or 3-speed MTB drivetrains.

SRAM X01 X-Horizon Rear Derailleur Type 2.1

The redesigned rear derailleur for the Sram X01 groupset. With its horizontal parallelogram design and offset upper pulley, X-HORIZON technology ensures a constant chainline across all 11 gears, delivering fast, precise shifting. Roller Bearing Clutch technology reduces chain slap. SRAM Cage Lock technology makes wheel changes easier despite the rear derailleur’s high spring tension. Together with the X01 Trigger or Grip Shifter, the X01 X-Horizon Rear Derailleur Type 2.1 forms the backbone of X-Actuation technology for incredibly smooth shifting performance across the entire 10-42 cassette.
