The Sram Red eTap AXS is much more than an evolution. It is a 12-speed revolution. The developers at Sram have created a groupset that is as capable as today’s riders and the bikes they choose. With its newly calculated gear ratios, eTap AXS offers a wider range, smoother gear changes and smarter shifting settings; Sram AXS Access allows riders to personalise the groupset directly from their mobile phone and make adjustments even whilst riding. The SRAM AXS app allows riders to view battery status, adjust component behaviour, personalise shifting logic, receive maintenance alerts and update the firmware.

Quarq Red AXS Chainring Kit:

The SRAM Red AXS chainring kit is compatible with SRAM Red or Force DUB and Quarq DUB cranksets. These feature an 8-bolt attachment for the bottom bracket shell. The chainrings and bottom bracket shell form a single unit. This ensures maximum torsional stiffness and power transfer.

The following gear ratios are available

• 50/37-tooth configuration, highest gear ratio with a 10-26 cassette: 5.00, lowest gear ratio: 1.42, with a 10-26 cassette
• 48/35-tooth configuration, maximum gear ratio with a 10-28 cassette 4.80, lowest 1.25, with a 10-28 cassette
• 46/33-tooth configuration, maximum gear ratio with 10-33 cassette 4.60, lowest gear ratio 1.00, with 10-33 cassette

SRAM X Range chainring technology:

The X Range Direct Mount chainrings work perfectly with the Yaw technology of the Red eTap AXS front derailleur, delivering outstanding, smooth shifting. The X Range chainrings, in combination with the Yaw front derailleur, ensure optimal shifting performance. The 8-bolt Direct Mount mount makes changing the gear ratio a breeze. Additionally, the SRAM Red AXS cranksets offer the option to retrofit the Quarq Powermeter power measurement crankset.
