One of the outstanding results of this redesign is the variety of gear ratios available. The new Ultegra 11-speed drivetrain allows the bike to be tuned for specific uses through various gear ratios.

The Shimano Ultegra CSR8000 cassette, featuring two large sprocket blocks on an aluminium spider, offers Shimano’s outstanding smooth shifting performance combined with low weight and long-lasting durability. Shimano offers replacement sprockets for these cassettes. This means that if only a few are worn out, they can be replaced at a reasonable cost. We can also supply these cassettes in a version converted by TNC for 10-speed freehub bodies
