Narrow-Wide chainring, Sram Red - Force XPLR, X Sync 1x12/13-speed, 42 teeth for DUB crankset arms with 8-bolt direct mount attachment
Sram Red - Force X Sync Chainring | CR-XSNC-DM-D1
The chainring for the Sram Red, Force, Rival AXS and Quarq cranksets with 8-bolt mounting, 8-bolt design and X-Sync technology. Sram’s X-Sync chainring technology, with alternating wide and narrow tooth spacing, ensures maximum chain control, which is particularly crucial for gravel and cyclocross. This prevents the chain from coming off, even without additional chain guides.
The chainline is determined by the crank arms. For DUB Road Wide cranks, this is 47.5 mm, and for DUB Road cranks, 45 mm
SRAM X-Sync:
SRAM’s X-Sync chainrings ensure maximum performance and durability. The long SRAM X-Sync tooth edges engage the chain earlier than traditional triangular teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile, along with the rounded, slanted edges, aid chain guidance. To deliver the best possible performance even on muddy terrain, the X-Sync chainrings feature recesses to clear dirt and mud away from the inner chain links and rollers. Manufactured in Germany, the X-Sync chainrings are a key component of SRAM’s single-chainring drivetrain.
