Shimano Deore XT rear derailleur RD-M8250-SGS:

The brand-new DEORE XT M950 rear derailleur with a long cage, combined with the standard M9200 cassette (10-51T), offers riders and racers the speed, range and durability needed to tackle any mountain trail. With built-in Automatic Impact Recovery, a shock-absorbing design and covered pulleys, this rear derailleur withstands hard impacts on the trail whilst maintaining its lightning-fast shifting speed and top performance.

• The new Impact Recovery function returns the rear derailleur to its original position after an impact, so the ride can continue.
• Robust construction: A wide pivot structure, the sliding plate design, the durable carbon plate and solid derailleur pulleys ensure robustness and longevity.

Shimano Rapid ES Deore XT SW-M8250 Shift Lever

The XT M8250 SHIMANO RAPID ES shifter feels natural right out of the box, but can be customised to suit any hand thanks to its familiar fit and advanced adjustability. Different shifting modes such as Hold-Down Multi-Shift, tactile Click-Through Double-Shift or Locked-Out Single-Shift ensure precision, whilst a configurable third button allows for additional system tuning or connection to third-party devices.

Shimano Deore XT FC-M8200 crankset

The DEORE XT FC-M8200 crankset offers a perfect balance of stiffness and weight. Hollow-forged HOLLOWTECH II aluminium crank arms and a 24 mm standard steel axle result in a crankset that is sturdy enough for hard impacts yet light enough for XC use. With crank arm lengths of 160–175 mm and the reinforced direct-mount SM-CR86 chainring in all sizes, there is an FC-M8200 to suit every trail rider.

• Enduro durability: The perfected HOLLOWTECH II hollow-forging process ensures optimal weight, stiffness and strength for all-day use on the trail and in enduro races.
• Q-factor/chainline: The optimised 176 mm Q-factor offers a familiar race feel, whilst the standard 55 mm chainline ensures maximum frame compatibility – no need to change wheels or cassettes.
• Compatibility: The M8200 cranksets come fitted with a 24 mm axle as standard and are compatible with SHIMANO threaded and Press-Fit bottom brackets.

Shimano Deore XT CS-M8100 / CS-M8200 Micro Spline cassette:

The cassette with a 10-51 tooth range requires Shimano 12-speed MTB rear derailleurs with a long cage

The Shimano 12-speed cassette from the XT 8200 and 8100 series is only compatible with Shimano 12-speed MTB drivetrain components. Shimano 12-speed chains are recommended. The 12-speed XT cassettes are only compatible with the new Micro Spline freehub bodies.
