Sram Force eTap AXS D1 HRD |ED-FRC-D1

The Sram Force AXS disc shift-brake levers from the D1 series. The Force AXS D1 shift-brake levers can be used with the 12-speed and 11-speed eTap drivetrains and front derailleurs from the first Sram Force and Red eTap series. The latest firmware update is required for this.

Compatibility:

The Sram Force AXS eTap Disc shift lever is compatible with all AXS eTap rear derailleurs and front derailleurs, both road and MTB. Sram Flat Mount brake calipers with straight hose connections can be used. Even if you only wish to use a single-chainring drivetrain, you will need both a right and a left shift lever, as each lever has only one switch

You can combine these shift-brake levers with all SRAM brake calipers; for the current two-piece brake calipers, cable 00.5018.128.000 is required, whilst for the Red eTap one-piece brake calipers with side-mounted fittings, cable part no. 00.5016.168.180 is required.

Sram Force eTap brake-shift levers feature racing-car-inspired paddle shift logic that virtually eliminates accidental upshifts when downshifting, whilst keeping shifting precise, fast and simple. The ErgoBlade levers and large SRAM eTap shift paddles offer reliable control and good feedback.

SRAM AXS technology

AXS is the electronic integration platform that connects SRAM’s electronic bike components and software. AXS components communicate wirelessly using 128-bit encryption. Each time a groupset comprising, for example, shift levers, a front derailleur and a rear derailleur is paired, a unique code is generated to prevent false signals from interfering with other riders.
The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, adjust component behaviour, customise controllers, receive maintenance reminders and update the firmware.
This app is available free of charge from the App Store for iOS and Android.
