Cassettes: Sram Red AXS E1 XG 1290 cassette, XDR X Dome, 12-speed, 10-30 tooth range
Sram Red AXS XG-1290 E1 bike cassette | CS-XG-1290-E1
Wide range and close spacing? Why not both? Our lightest and most durable cassette also breaks new ground when it comes to gear selection. Four different cassette options, including our first 10-30T and 10-36T RED cassettes, each offer smooth shifting ramps specifically designed for electronic shifting, whether you’re riding a 10-28T on the road or building an all-road setup with a 10-36T. Carefully selected tooth spacing keeps you in the right gear when you stand out of the saddle on steep climbs and makes subtle adjustments to hold a wheel as you approach a sprint.
Designed for smooth and fast shifting. Gradual transition between sprockets – at least five tooth increments on the 10-28T, 10-30T and 10-33T cassettes – whilst expanding the gear range. The 10-tooth start provides a wider gear range. The 10-30T and 10-36T options are available in RED for the first time. Designed for use with an XDR freehub body. One-piece X-DOME design made from machined steel for weight savings. Available in 10-28, 10-30, 10-33 and 10-36 tooth configurations

SRAM XG1290 X Dome cassette
The Red AXS XG 1290 Powerdome offers the widest gear range of any road bike cassette. Perfectly matched to the SRAM eTap AXS groupset and chain, the cassettes deliver outstanding shifting performance thanks to improved shifters. They are extremely lightweight, silent and offer a clear performance advantage. The middle sprockets are machined from a single block of high-quality tool steel. They offer greater stiffness whilst weighing less than a titanium cassette.
SRAM XDR freehub body:
The XG 1290 cassettes require the new XDR freehub bodies. Unlike the MTB XD freehub bodies, these are 1.8 mm wider. The MTB freehub bodies cannot be used. We also offer the Mavic and DT Swiss wheelsets with the SRAM XDR freehub bodies as an option.
