Shimano Ultegra 11-speed upgrade kit

The conversion kit for Shimano Ultegra R8000 components, excluding crankset and brakes. We supply the upgrade kits complete with all necessary gear and brake cables.

The Shimano Ultegra R8000 components feature the technology of the Dura-Ace R9000 components, Shadow rear derailleur technology, new front derailleur mechanics, a lighter crankset and a wide range of gear ratios. Thanks to slightly simpler materials, Shimano offers affordable, lightweight and durable 11-speed road bike components with the same high-quality technology. The new Ultegra 11-speed drivetrain allows you to tune the bike for specific uses through various gear combinations. The Shimano Ultegra FC R8000 crankset can be fitted with the following chainring combinations: 50-34, 52-36, 53-39, 52-39, 46-36 teeth.

Ultegra RD-R8000 rear derailleur:

The Shimano Ultegra RD-R8000 SS short cage rear derailleur can be used with a cassette of up to 30 teeth. Thanks to its greater shifting capacity, it is also compatible with compact cranksets. The new Wide Link design at the rear derailleur links reduces weight whilst increasing stiffness and shifting performance.

Ultegra FD-R8000 front derailleur:

The cable routing of the FD-R8000 front derailleur has been adjusted to further reduce the force required for shifting. The precise and simple adjustment of the front derailleur offers more cable routing options and integrated cable tension adjustment.

Shimano Ultegra ST-R8000 STI levers:

The new Ultegra ST-R8000 Dual Control lever with carbon brake levers allows for more precise and faster shifting thanks to shorter lever travel and offers a wider adjustment range for grip width. The redesigned internal shifting mechanism ensures fast, precise and intuitive shifting.
