The new Era carbon handlebar from Race Face combines maximum performance, comfort and a customised fit – thanks to bespoke widths, rise options and precision carbon construction for reduced fatigue and greater control on the trail.

The Era handlebar has been completely redesigned, with the stem clamp area narrowed to allow for both a faster taper and an earlier rise. It is also available in three different widths and various rise options. This is because shortening handlebars results in greater stiffness and, ultimately, reduced comfort. Instead of producing just a single 800 mm version and expecting riders to cut it down, Race Face manufactures carbon handlebars in different lengths with matching rises, all offering an optimal balance of stiffness and flex for reduced fatigue. Less cutting. More comfort. The Era is Race Face’s carbon solution to arm and hand fatigue whilst cycling. Ride harder, ride faster and experience a consistently supple ride feel, no matter which handlebar width or rise you choose. Almost 100 individual pieces of carbon fibre, hand-laid one by one, have been bonded with a cured epoxy resin, with a specific layup chosen for each handlebar variant.
