The Cane Creek 110 ZS44 headset top cup is designed for frames with an installation dimension of 44 mm at the top and bottom of the head tube and forks with a steerer tube diameter of 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm at the top.

ZS/Zero Stack – semi-integrated headset:
Headset assemblies designated ZS / Zero Stack are also referred to as semi-integrated headsets. They require a frame designed for this purpose with an exact match for the bearing cups. ‘Zero Stack’ refers to the minimal protrusion of the bearing cups from the head tube, whilst ‘ZS44’, for example, denotes the installation dimension, the outer diameter of the bearing cup and the inner diameter of the bearing cups within the frame. These headsets can generally be fitted without special tools, provided the frame has been pre-milled cleanly.
