Wolf Tooth Premium Headset

The Wolf Tooth Premium EC34 bottom bracket for frames with external cup bearings, 34 mm press-fit diameter at the head tube and forks with a steerer tube diameter of 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm at the bottom.

Wolf Tooth headsets are manufactured in the USA from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium and are available in two series, Premium and Performance, which differ in terms of bearing materials.

Wolf Tooth Premium bearings:

The Premium series, featuring stainless steel bearings, is designed for maximum durability and smooth operation. Multiple layers of specially shaped double-lip seals protect the bearings even under the most adverse conditions. This makes them lightweight, strong and extremely durable.

EC 34/30 External Cup Installation Dimensions:

The EC34 headset is pressed into the head tube. The press-fit dimension in the frame is 34 mm at the bottom and the fork steerer tube diameter is 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm. The headset cone requires a 30 mm seat on the fork.
