Wolf Tooth Premium Integrated Standard / IS41 headset top cup for frames featuring Trek’s Knock Block system and fully integrated bearing cups, 41 mm installation dimension at the top of the head tube and forks with a 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm steerer tube diameter at the top.

Trek Knock Block:

Knock Block is a special system used on most Trek mountain bikes from 2017 onwards. Two raised sections in the headset limit the fork’s steering angle and prevent the handlebars from twisting too much and the fork crown from hitting the frame.

IS41 / Integrated Standard installation dimensions:

The IS41 headset is inserted into the head tube. The frame clearance is 41 mm at the top and the fork steerer tube diameter is 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm.
