Wolf Tooth Performance Headset

Wolf Tooth Performance ZS44 headset top tube for frames with semi-integrated bearing cups, 44 mm press-fit diameter on the head tube and forks with a 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm steerer tube diameter at the top.

Wolf Tooth headsets are manufactured in the USA from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminium and are available in two series, Premium and Performance, which differ in the bearing materials used. The headsets are available in various stack heights and with interchangeable end caps featuring an integrated spacer.

Wolf Tooth Performance bearings:

The Performance series, featuring black oxide-coated chrome steel bearings, has three levels with specifically shaped double-lip seals to protect the bearings even under the toughest conditions. Designed to be lightweight, strong and durable.

ZS44 / Zero Stack installation dimension:

The ZS44 headset is pressed into the head tube. The press-fit dimension in the frame is 44 mm at the top and the fork steerer tube diameter is 1 1/8 inch / 28.6 mm.
