Shimano steel ball bearings

Shimano steel balls are wear parts and must be replaced regularly.

The balls are made of stainless steel and have a diameter of 3/16 inch. They are fitted on the freehub side and are compatible with many Shimano rear hubs. The pack contains 20 balls; usually only 13 are required. When fitting, ensure you use the correct number of balls to be replaced.
