The Crank Brothers Doubleshot pedals feature a clip-in mechanism on one side and a large non-clip-in contact surface on the other side of the pedal. This allows you to use the pedal like a platform pedal in tricky situations.

The Crank Brothers Doubleshot pedals offer excellent engagement and exceptional grip for the shoe. The grip on this pedal is very good even without being clipped in; the pedal body is flatter in the middle and therefore almost clings to your foot. The space around the clip mechanism is generously sized, so mud and slush have no chance of getting stuck
