Look Keo Classic 3 Pedals
The entry-level model in the Look Keo pedal range: the Look Keo Classic pedals. These pedals are characterised by their low weight and renowned performance. The bi-injected, honeycomb-shaped tread offers even greater stability and comfort when pedalling. Thanks to its 14 mm long thread, the new Look axle allows the Q-factor to be adjusted by 2 mm using a specific spacer, which is available as a separate part. This enables a change from 53 to 55 mm.

Q-factor
Thanks to its 14 mm long thread, the new LOOK axle allows the Q-factor to be adjusted by 2 mm using a specific spacer, which is available as a separate part. This enables a change from 53 to 55 mm.
Axle line
An oversize steel axle is used for the Keo Classic 3. It consists of a mini ball bearing (12 mm inner x 18 mm outer) and a needle bearing. A new spacer has been positioned to ensure the bearings and needle are securely seated. This reduces friction to a minimum and makes rotation smoother. Thanks to a new control mechanism when pressing the axle assembly into the body, our pedals are absolutely reliable. LOOK axles are only approved after a rotation test comprising 2 million cycles at 100 rpm, with a load of 90 kg applied to the centre of the pedal and an eccentric rotation involving one impact per revolution. This test goes far beyond the applicable EN14781 standard.
