SRAM AXS Access allows you to personalise the groupset directly from your mobile phone and make changes even whilst riding. The SRAM AXS app enables riders to view battery status, adjust component behaviour, personalise shift logic, receive maintenance alerts and update the firmware.

Sram Rival AXS XPLR rear derailleur:

The Sram Rival AXS XPLR eTap rear derailleur has been made AXS-compatible for easy customisation and is designed for single-chainring systems. The advanced Orbit chain management system ensures quiet and reliable operation, whatever the terrain. The rear derailleur is also faster, as it features larger X-Sync pulleys, ceramic bearings, improved motors and signal transmitters, all of which enhance performance in every respect. Wireless connectivity via the AIREA network ensures a quick and clean installation.

SRAM AXS Technology

AXS is the electronic integration platform that connects SRAM’s electronic bike components and software. AXS components communicate wirelessly using 128-bit encryption. Every time a groupset comprising, for example, shift levers, a front derailleur and a rear derailleur is paired, a unique code is generated to prevent interference with other riders.
The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, adjust component behaviour, customise controllers, receive maintenance reminders and update the firmware.

SRAM Orbit Technology

Orbit technology uses a special silicone fluid as part of a very lightweight damping system. Compared to a conventional friction clutch system, the technology does not create any additional resistance on the rear derailleur spring during slow or light movement. This means smoother shifting and easier removal of the rear wheel. Whilst riding, the fluid damper keeps the chain reliably under control.
