The Antares is a low-profile saddle with a transition from the nose to the wings that enables efficient power transfer in any riding position. Whether you’re tackling a climb or maintaining a high pace on the flats, this saddle is designed to support you at all times. A flatter, slightly wider nose makes it easier to slide forwards and backwards, providing an optimal base for power transfer.

The Antares features an ergonomic cut-out developed on the basis of detailed pressure analysis and in consultation with medical experts, which promotes pressure relief and blood flow. In addition, the flat padding has been developed using dual-density foam that is firmer at the sit bones and softer at the nose, to provide the right support for every rider regardless of riding position, without creating excessive pressure.

The Antares was developed for cyclists looking for a performance saddle without compromising on comfort. As our performance option, the Antares has proven itself with athletes all over the world – from road cyclists to cyclocross and cross-country riders.

Fizik K:ium saddle frame:

K:ium is a special alloy of silicon and chromium. Through a special finishing process, these two elements provide a high degree of corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance. The round, 7 mm K:ium frames are 8 per cent lighter and more rigid than conventional titanium frames and are compatible with all standard seatposts

Fizik Wing-Flex saddle shell:

Wing Flex technology, a shell that flexes at the sides, allows the cyclist greater freedom of movement in the thighs whilst seated, thereby increasing pedalling power. The Wing Flex shell flexes downwards in the critical area where the inner thighs come into contact with the saddle, enabling a more efficient and complete range of motion when pedalling. Whether the rider has large or narrow thighs, a wide or narrow pelvis: the saddle adapts to the rider, not the rider to the saddle.
