Please note that the correct elastomer hardness also depends heavily on your riding position. A very upright riding position exerts significantly more pressure on the saddle and thus on the elastomer than a sporty position with a strongly bent riding posture. Therefore, the medium elastomer may also be suitable for riders weighing under 68 kg with a very upright riding position.
