Wolf Tooth ReMote lever for Shimano I-Spec 2 brake levers and Vario seatposts, material: aluminium, colour: black
Wolf Tooth ReMote lever
The Wolf Tooth ReMote lever for mounting on Shimano I-Spec II brake levers to operate Vario seatposts.
The lever is mounted on the left-hand side alongside the Shimano brake lever, which improves ergonomics and keeps the cockpit tidy. It has been extensively tested by Wolf Tooth with many remote seatposts; these can be found in the compatibility section. Depending on your preferences and compatibility, the lever is available in the LA / Light Action version, which, unlike the standard version, transmits 25 per cent more force via a longer lever. Perfect for anyone who needs smooth, responsive feedback.
Wolf Tooth lever highlights:
- Improved features: The lever isn’t just characterised by its robust construction and ease of maintenance. It solves many ergonomic, consistency and maintenance issues found with other manufacturers. Tactile feedback is improved, return speeds are accelerated and lever travel is reduced.
- Modular design: The lever’s components are compatible with one another or available as spare parts. Best of all, Wolf Tooth adapters are available for Shimano, SRAM, Magura or Hope brake levers.
- Controlled grip: The beautifully machined and slightly knurled surface of the lever ensures maximum control in all conditions.
- Low-profile lever: The lever features a compact and ergonomic design, making it easy to operate. It sits close to the handlebar, reducing the distance between your thumb and the lever and minimising the likelihood of knee contact.
- Cable adjuster: The cable adjuster allows for quick and easy adjustments whilst riding and eliminates rattling thanks to its design.
- UpFront cable attachment: Thanks to the precision-machined cable path and a specific clamping screw with washer, the shift cable is clamped rather than crushed by an adjusting screw, as is the case with other levers. All standard shift cables can be used.
- Predetermined breaking point: The lever features a designed breaking point, a tear-off pivot that detaches from its base following a crash. The advantage is that the grip is cheaper and more sustainable as a single part than a complete lever.
Wolf Tooth lever compatibility:
Measure from the centre of the swivel joint to the end of your current lever. If the distance is greater than 52 mm, the LA / Light-Action version is the better choice; if it is less than 52 mm, the standard version is more suitable. If your remote seatpost is not listed, please contact Wolf Tooth customer service.
