RockShox Reverb AXS XPLR seatpost head:
The new seatpost head is compatible with round 7 mm, oval 7x9 and 7x10 mm seatpost clamps.
The Reverb XPLR seatpost requires an AXS shifter with a continuous signal and is typically operated using Disc AXS brake-shifter levers. The Wireless Blips cannot therefore be combined with the Reverb seatpost.
RockShox AXS Controller, EC-AXS-POD-D1, not included:
Extremely lightweight and fast, the SRAM AXS eTap controllers shift without a cable or cable pull using shift paddles. With their ergonomic paddles and very low operating forces, the controllers offer a completely new shifting experience. Using the AX app, the controllers can be freely configured to suit personal preferences.
The matching left-hand controller has part number 00.3018.404.005
The new Reverb AXS XPLR seatpost offers more control, confidence and fun on all gravel rides. The saddle no longer gets in the way, which means greater freedom of movement and protects you from awkward manoeuvres and blind descents. We have developed a completely new design with a lightweight air-only internals and built-in compliance, which we call ActiveRide. It’s like suspension travel for your saddle. The Reverb AXS XPLR is made possible by SRAM AXS technology and forms part of the ultimate personalised cockpit.
The AXS version of the RockShox Reverb seatpost is easily fitted without any cables. The AXS controller with the PowerMaker mount is fitted on the left. This can be mounted either using its own handlebar clamp or on the PowerMaker mount of the SRAM disc brake lever. The battery from the eTap series is quick to fit and very compact. This makes it easy to carry a spare battery with you.
RockShox XPLR Active Ride:
Thanks to the newly developed internal mechanism featuring Air Only technology, the Reverb XPLR seatpost is rigid when fully extended. As soon as the Vario seatpost is lowered slightly, it provides a small amount of travel. This makes pedalling significantly more comfortable on rough sections.
