Shimano XTR STM960 Dual Control

The Shimano XTR Dual Control shift-brake levers. As has been the case in the road bike sector for years, the shift and brake levers are combined into a single lever. The defined pressure point prevents accidental shifting. The shift mechanism features triple ball bearings and allows for extremely fast shifting in all situations. A second shift lever, referred to by Shimano as the ‘secondary lever’, is pre-fitted and can be easily removed once you have become accustomed to the new system. The version for V-brakes can be combined with all Shimano 9-speed rear derailleurs and V-brakes.
