RockShox Charger Damper:

With the aid of the so-called bladder – a sac that absorbs the oil volume during compression and supports the rebound – foaming of the oil is prevented during rapid compression and high damping loads. This prevents the mixing of oil and air, ensuring consistent, perfect damping performance. The new design also makes it easier to replace the seals, as the lubricating oil no longer comes into direct contact with the damping oil.
