All widths, all terrains: The new X-Tubo CX/Gravel-All is suitable for tyres from 32 mm to 50 mm in width and thus covers all tyre widths commonly used in the cyclocross and gravel segments. When developing the X-Tubo technology, the goal was as clear as it was ambitious: to produce a bicycle inner tube that could no longer be punctured. To achieve this, tubes are manufactured from different materials using different processes. The prototypes underwent various tests. Real-world tests: riding over thorny bushes, over broken glass, and over a specially developed nail ramp. Based on these tests, Tubolito is confident that punctures are impossible in everyday use. This promise is backed by a world first: a one-year replacement guarantee for all punctures on X-Tubos registered on our website.

Tubolito inner tubes, manufactured and developed in Europe, combine the high-tech material thermoplastic with a newly developed production technology. Seams are reduced to a minimum and any remaining seams overlap widely. Tubolito inner tubes can withstand forces twice as high as standard inner tubes. The material can be stretched more than four times its original length, offering maximum protection against punctures.
