Tyre Maxxis HighRoller II WT DD TR MaxxTerra

The HighRoller II is the logical evolution of a legend – the HighRoller. It is more modern and aggressive; the open tread design digs deeper into the ground, yet rolling resistance is lower. Self-cleaning performance is even better. The precise alignment of the lug positions results in highly predictable handling with seamless transitions when turning into corners, whilst delivering enormous grip. Braking traction also benefits from the new design.

Maxxis WITE TRAIL CASING, WT

The Wide Trail construction optimises the tread pattern and tyre shape for today’s modern, wider rims. Traditional tyres are designed for narrow rims and take on an overly angular shape on wide rims, resulting in less than optimal performance. WT tyres are optimised for an inner rim width of 35 mm, but perform excellently on all rims with an inner width between 30 and 39 mm.

2.60WT wide tyres generally feature a WT construction, but do not have a WT marking on the tyre sidewall.

Maxxis 3C MAXX TERRA

The right 3C compound for enduro and freeride tyres. Smooth rolling uphill and excellent grip downhill are just as much a hallmark of this compound as its long service life.

Maxxis DOUBLE DOWN, DD

Doubledown tyres are constructed like Maxxis downhill tyres: two carcass plies reinforced with a butyl insert in the sidewall. However, thanks to two 120 TPI carcass plies and an aramid bead, they are significantly lighter than Maxxis downhill tyres, considerably more stable and robust, and therefore ideal for tough enduro courses.

Tubeless Ready, TR

Tubeless tyres offer many advantages: you can ride with lower air pressure. This provides better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And with no inner tube, the risk of punctures is also reduced. MAXXIS TR tyres are better prepared for fitting with sealant than other Tubeless Ready tyres. The bead of TR tyres is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a genuine UST tubeless tyre. This means that tubeless fitting on all rims of standard dimensions is successful from the very first inflation and with very little sealant.
